4. pClink & Rewards

ClinkAI uses a point system called pClink to track user contributions in Web3. Points are earned through:

• Using ClinkAI for DeFi tasks

• Connecting their X (Twitter) account and engaging through ClinkAI

• Referring new users and protocols

• Participating in campaigns, quests, and ecosystem activities

pClink does not represent ownership or a financial instrument. Rewards or token allocations tied to pClink are at ClinkAI's sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClinkAI responsibly and not to:

• Break any laws or regulations

• Use someone else's intellectual property without permission

• Try to cheat, scam, or manipulate markets

• Spread viruses, spam, or behave abusively

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

DeFi involves financial risk. ClinkAI is not responsible for:

• Loss of funds from smart contract failures

• Price volatility or slippage
